The End of the Month

It's the end of the month. I did not get
to celebrate Thanksgiving as I had planned.
A heavy sinus condition sneaked up on me
and before I knew it, I was cancelling the
Whittaker Diner and quite a few other things.
Nevertheless, I continue to work and survive.
This is not a big thing in the universe, but to
me, it limits my enjoyment of all that I hold
dear and keeps me at a diminished level of
energy. Today, I am eating a lot of spirulina
and garlic. Maybe that will help me clean up
my interior spaces. I need to incorportate more
H20 into my daily intake. I had 2 cupsofcoffee
this morning and a small bowl of soup for
lunch. Tonight, I will have a small yam, some
steamed broccoli and H20. Norma just came
in and announced that the website is growing
and the vendors are happy. That makes me
happy as well.
