Hazardous Conditions

The past week conditions have deteriorated day by day. The National Weather Service and ELRAPA have declared a caution. The temperature inversion has kept us in the icebox with lows down to very low 20's. On the Bike as low as 15. My hands complain and I am very glad to reach the warmth of the   Shop. I do not envy the situation that "Campers" in the Chambers Street Tunnel face. As the nights go  on, the Tunnel fills up and presents a difficult passage for cyclists and runners. The weather is projected to change by weekend with rain coming in. I will be glad to see the precipitation take the place of bitting cold as long as the rain does not turn to ice and threaten our trees and bamboo.
