August Report

Past Mid-August and plenty to report. The Country Fair was a wonder to behold and having my Birthday there on Friday put icing on the cake that few could ever experience. Our own Fighting Instruments of Karma/Orchestra played "When I'm 64" and a young filmaker friend of mine caught it on tape. On U-Tube check our Oregon Observer-"When I'm 64" video. After the fair we hid out in Yachats for a while and then caught Willie Nelson in front-section seats at Cuthbert. Thanks, Lara! Then it was time for the TeddyBear Picnic. Norma directs and I pick up the trash the next misty morning. The Recycling Crew continues to tollerate me, even gave me a beautiful sweatshirt with 30 years silkscreened on the front and tye-dyed to Boot! While I write this I'm downloading some Harry Sherer shows to accompany me ride to work at 6:30 AM. Now the temps in the low 60's, but soon the numbers will dip and I will treasure those balmiy mornings while I pedal through the puddles and mudholes (how did these get here?) listening to in my opinion the funniest guy on the Net. I Include a few photos I took during these weeks...
