Cloudy after sun


After a fine week of sunny days and cool nights, the weekend delivered clouds and showers.
The roses are blooming on the bushes on the south side of the house and they smell great.
I have been working in the gardens, and planted some corn and beans. We have 3 tomato
plants, a bunch of lettuce and spinach and some onions. yesterday we got some plants at
the farmers market and I planted 2 pepper plants. The Willamette Valley Folk Festival is going
on this weekend, but norma and I decided not to attend because of the rain. Guess we are
not as into these things as we used to be.
