Last night we went to the Odd Fellows Hall for the Annual
Oregon Country Fair Meeting of the Board of Directors and
election of Members of the Board. A somewhat small turn-out
greeted a great slide show presentation by Culture Jam, a
Fair-related event for teen-agers. Then the President, Jack
spoke. We heard from our financial officers on the state of
finances and Leslie, our Manager, on the coming Vision Quest
for a Vision Statement Meeting. Candidates for Board seats
spoke then we voted. Norma and I stayed to help count the
ballots. We were home, sitted in front of our tube by 10:30
and watched till the wee hours various channels provided by
our new satellite dish.
Now it is Sunday PM, and we just finished making our
contribution to KLCC for this year.
