UNEXPECTED HEAT IN LATE APRIL

IT IS STILL APRIL AND THE SUMMER-LIKE HEAT HAS COME TO THE WILLAMETTE VALLEY. CLOSE TO 80 DEGREES ALERADY. WE ARE MORE THAN 11 INCHES BELOW THE AVERAGE FOR THE RAIN YEAR STARTING IN NOVEMBER OF '12. IF THE SPRING RAINS DO NOT ARRIVE, THERE NAY BE AN INCREASE IN FIRE DANGER.
